Refund Policy

How refunds work for digital downloads and for software, and what to do if something is wrong with your order.

Digital products and the right of withdrawal

All NOISE & GRIT products are digital. As a consumer in the European Union you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies to digital content, purchase or download alone does not automatically remove it. Early loss requires that performance has begun with your prior express consent, that you acknowledged the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal, and that you received the contract confirmation required by law. The actual contract and completed checkout process are decisive.

For sound products, send your withdrawal to support@noiseandgrit.com, for example using the withdrawal form. For software, send it to the seller identified at checkout and in your order confirmation. We are happy to help you find the right recipient.

Sample packs and MPC expansions

Once files have been downloaded, purchases are generally not refundable. If a refund is granted, access to the download page is removed.

We will help where something has gone wrong:

  • files are damaged, incomplete or cannot be opened;
  • you received a different product from the one you ordered;
  • you bought the same product twice by mistake.

In these cases we first replace or fix the files. If that is not possible, you receive a refund.

Software (PatternBridge and other tools)

Your purchase is made through the seller identified at checkout. Refunds are handled through that purchase provider. Please check the system requirements, compatibility notes and screenshots on the product page before buying.

For technical problems, contact support@noiseandgrit.com with your purchase e-mail, order reference and a description of the problem. We will help investigate. Statutory remedies for a defective product remain unaffected.

We do not grant an additional voluntary return right solely for a change of mind. This does not limit statutory withdrawal or conformity rights, or your applicable rights against the seller under the purchase terms.

Where a purchase is fully reversed and the associated right of use ends, the associated software licence will be disabled. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including warranty rights for defective digital content under Austrian and EU law.
